Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of scientific innovation? Do you thrive in environments where collaborative problem-solving and creativity are key? Do you want to learn new technical skills outside of your current projects?
If so, the 4DN predictive modeling working group proudly invites you to participate in our first Hackathon! Our hackathon is more than just a competition. It’s a journey into the heart of gene expression and 3D genome folding. Together, we will explore and develop predictive models that could redefine our understanding of the 4D Nucleome.
The Hackathon will span 4 days, from Monday March 18th through Thursday March 21st, 2024. All 4DN and outside trainees and faculty (graduate, post-doctoral, and staff) are invited to participate. There will be multiple teams led by your amazing colleagues, where each team will build a deliverable by the end of the four days. This is an opportunity to build something cool, learn from colleagues outside of your lab, and have fun!
